About Our Company

The owners of Partners Online LLC are licensed real estate brokers who do not sell real estate. We market your professional image and build your real estate business.

As we travel around the United States and meet hundreds of real estate professionals at conferences, we realize there is a great need for marketing services for real estate professionals.  We hear remarks like these from frustrated real estate professionals:

 “I’m an expert at selling real estate.  I don’t know a thing about all this Internet stuff.  It takes too much time to send out my mailings.  I can’t afford to hire a full time staff and get a bigger office…”

Since we are in the unique position to combine our in-depth real estate and marketing knowledge, we created Partners Online LLC.  We help many real estate professionals (individuals, teams, and agencies) to reach higher levels in their real estate business.

Ellen Engel, Partner/President:  An entrepreneur, a Partner and Co-Founder of 1Partners Online LLC, Ellen leverages her broad base of knowledge in the legal, management, and international business fields to meet the needs of clients.  A licensed North Carolina real estate broker, Ellen takes charge as President for Partners Online.  In this role, she oversees and manages business affairs.  Additionally, she coaches and mentors clients in business matters.  Ellen founded and operated a number of highly successful companies, including an international networking association for business leaders operating in 90 countries, an international trade show business, and a property tax reduction service.  Her latest venture, Partners Online, brings together her vast marketing and business management experience with her real estate training.Ellen is a big idea person – She likes thinking of business ideas and strategies and putting them into action. Yvonne Guy, Partner/Marketing Director:  A bundle of energy, Yvonne is tremendously optimistic, and 3somewhat more cautious than Ellen.  Yvonne likes things to be more of “a sure thing” than Ellen.  She’s an expert at directing and organizing things so they get done “on time, every time.”  As a Partner and co-founder of Partners Online, Yvonne heads marketing aspects for the company.  Yvonne’s background includes more than a decade of experience heading the multinational marketing efforts (print, email, direct mail, and telemarketing) for several multinational corporations with multi-million dollar budgets.  A licensed NC real estate broker, Yvonne loves her present role as Marketing Director for Partners Online, since it allows her to merge her specialized real estate knowledge with her knowledge of personal marketing for the benefit of her clients.Yvonne is detail-minded and management-oriented.  She’s a thunderbolt… Read Yvonne’s biography.

Sally Morton, Creative Director:  An author, columnist, and professional writer, Sally is Creative Director 2for Partners Online.  A former writer/editor for Who’s Who Historical Society and the International Association of Business Leaders, Sally coordinated production of For Leaders magazine for three years.   She is the author of several books on subjects ranging from Southern regional fiction, international travel, and global business etiquette, to gardening how-to. Her articles have been published internationally in over 90 countries, in publications such as: Suite 101.com, Realty Success magazine, Small Business Brief.com, Self SEO.com, Marketing Best Practices.com, For Leaders, and The Drivers Seat. John Lara Erazo, Director of Information Technology:  A talented Webmaster, 5John oversees the IT and Graphic Arts Departments for Partners Online.  Under his keen direction, our team custom-designs and creates websites, streaming video, photography, post cards, brochures, FLASH advertisements, databases of both houses for sale and client lists, and graphic designs of all kinds.  After graduating from Florida Tech with his degree as a Web Master, John started two businesses.  One is an online uniform company. The other is a freelance graphics and web design business.  After moving to North Carolina in 2005, John joined the creative team at Partners Online.  He oversees the creative and technical aspects of designing logos, postcards, brochures and websites from idea stage to completion.

Zachary Engel, Senior Writer:  A Journalism major at Temple University’s 4School of Communication, with years of experience writing for various media, Zack produces a wide range of copy for Partners Online.  You may also see Zack’s talent at work at www.campusphilly.org where he writes and edits for the Arts and Entertainment section.  Zack is also the Senior Automotive Journalist for Nuts for Cars and its publication, The Drivers Seat, for car enthusiasts.  Zack was a member of the high-achieving team of student interns brought together by Life University to produce its award-winning educational course, “The A-Z Course of Professional and Personal Development.”  Zack wrote several chapters (available online at www.life-u-online.com).  Read Zack’s biography.



Paula Morrone, Administrative Assistant:  Paula assumes responsibility for office 6As Administrative Assistant for Craig's RealTeam, Paula Morrone attends to a wide range of duties to keep things flowing smoothly in Craig's RealTeam office.  Responsible for preparation and mailing of letters, postcards, and emails, Paula draws from key organizational and prioritization skills to succeed.

Our clients appreciate Paula’s work in providing laminated copies of special newspaper announcements, and her friendly, efficient phone etiquette in relaying calls and messages.  Knowledgeable in area advertising practices, Paula is responsible for Craig's RealTeam’s media kits for advertising and she is in constant contact with vendors.  Paula also assumes responsibility for database entry for Craig's RealTeam and for our clients.  Paula worked 12 years within the defense industry as an administrative assistant, enhancing her knowledge and skills in the integral role she performs with Craig's RealTeam.

Paula and her husband reside in Fairfield Harbour, North Carolina.

Ellen Engel, Partner/President
:  An entrepreneur, a Partner and Co-Founder of Partners Online LLC, Ellen leverages her broad base of knowledge in the legal, management, and international business fields to meet the needs of clients.  A licensed North Carolina real estate broker, Ellen takes charge as president for Partners Online.  In this role, she oversees and manages business affairs.  Additionally, she coaches and mentors clients in business matters.

Ellen founded and operated a number of highly successful companies, including an international networking association for business leaders operating in 90 countries, an international trade show business, and a property tax reduction service.  Her latest venture, Partners Online, brings together her vast marketing and business management experience with her real estate training.

Ellen understands the needs of buyers, sellers, and investors, and she has extensive knowledge of property values for real estate.  Inspired to enter the real estate field after successful endeavors as a real estate investor, Ellen’s first-hand real estate experiences (as broker, consumer, and investor) translate to insightful marketing strategies for clients.

Multilingual in English, Hebrew, and German, Ellen communicates fluently with a wide range of associates and clients.  Entrepreneurial by nature, Ellen got a grant and started her first business before she graduated from college.  She holds degrees in Business Management and Law.

Married with one child, Ellen travels abroad as often as her schedule permits.  An avid car enthusiast and collector, she enjoys reading, skiing, and sailing in her personal time.

A licensed NC real estate broker, Yvonne loves her present role as Marketing Director for Partners Online, since it allows her to merge her specialized real estate knowledge with her specialized knowledge of personal marketing for the benefit of her clients.

Said Yvonne, “Home ownership is the American dream.  Partners Online helps bring that dream to life every day by connecting consumers with knowledgeable real estate professionals.  I enjoy being an important part of that.  I love seeing a real estate agent go from relative obscurity to becoming more successful and a local celebrity.  You can be the best real estate agent there is, but if nobody knows you exist, it does not help you.  That’s where we come in.”

Yvonne places particular emphasis on enhancing a positive brand identify for clients, through perceptive public relations and cutting edge marketing methods.  She enjoys the challenges of gathering and analyzing marketing data and using it to develop long-range goals and objectives.

Often described as “the glue” merging various activities into a cohesive, productive whole, Yvonne draws upon her extensive management and marketing experience and training to help the Partners Online team reach goals.  Over the course of her career, she developed a particular specialty in Internet marketing.
 
Born in Ireland, Yvonne is fluent in Gaelic and English and she adeptly engages in cross-cultural communications.  She earned her degree in business management and marketing at a famous Irish college of hotel management.  Married with two children, Yvonne enjoys reading and is an enthusiastic World Cup soccer fan.

At Partners Online, Sally Morton directs all projects of the Creative Department, where she ensures that just as much effort, care, and creativity go into producing a client’s brochure or website copy as if it were a literary masterpiece.  Sally coordinates publication of Partners Online’s publication, Real Estate Marketing Notes, as well as ghostwriting blogs, expert articles, and newsletters for Partners Online clientele.
 
Working closely with the IT and Graphic Arts Departments, Sally writes, edits, or oversees the production of a wide range of media that includes print, Internet, streaming video, online audio, radio, television and most recently, podcasting. The Creative Department produces e-books, brochures, reports, press releases, magazine articles, websites, postcards, advertising scripts and jingles, and all types of marketing collateral for marketing campaigns ranging in scope from local and regional to multinational.

Drawing from experience selling real estate as a broker with a Century 21 franchise, Sally now uses her insider understanding of the real estate industry for the benefit of Partners Online clients.  She has attended numerous real estate seminars and classes. “My real estate broker training gives me unique insight into the real estate professionals’ marketing needs,” says Sally. “I like the fact that the real estate backgrounds of Partners Online’s owners and staff add to our credibility and specialized knowledge of the real estate industry.”

Sally has one son, who also makes his home in the Eastern North Carolina area.  Sally enjoys playing the piano and guitar, singing, songwriting, genealogy, history, gardening, and politics.  She holds a degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College.

Zachary Engel, Senior Writer:  A Journalism major at Temple University’s School of Communication, with years of experience writing for various media, Zack produces a wide range of copy for Partners Online.  You may also see Zack’s talent at work at www.campusphilly.org where he writes and edits for the Arts and Entertainment section.  Zack was one of only a small number of highly qualified Temple University's students chosen for the honor of writing for the Campus Philly website in a summer internship.

Zack is the Senior Automotive Journalist for Nuts for Cars, a national auto event club, and its publication, The Drivers Seat .  In that position, he travels internationally as a representative of the company, to provide media coverage for such prestigious events as the SEMA Show, the New York Auto Show and the Euro Auto Festival.

Zack was a member of the high-achieving team of student interns brought together by Life University to produce its award-winning educational course, “The A-Z Course of Professional and Personal Development.”  Zack wrote several chapters (available online at www.life-u-online.com) and numerous articles for the project.

A graduate of White Mountain School, Zack produced his first fictional novel at age 17 for his senior project.  A graduate of the American Writers and Artists Institute, Zack has studied copywriting under the most famous masters of the craft in the United States.

Zack also writes freelance on a wide range of subjects.  An avid car enthusiast, his recent travels have taken him to Cyprus, Italy and Israel.

John enjoys the challenges and rewards of creating new WebPages and databases.  He heads the in-house graphics department to produce original artwork, graphics, and designs for marketing materials, postcards, and logos with great attention to detail and “memorability,” as well as customizing each one toward the client’s brand image.  His IT skills include:  Adobe Photoshop, FLASH, Dreamweaver, HTML, Adobe Acrobat, MS suite of products, and many more.

John’s most important responsibility is overseeing multiple websites for this high-tech company, and keeping them all maintained and up-to-date.  John oversees changes and content uploads to the Web for all of Partners Online’s clients.

Colombian by birth, John and his family immigrated to Florida more than two decades ago.  He and his wife and two children now make their home in Eastern North Carolina.  An avid soccer enthusiast, John is a member of the US Naval Hospital soccer team.  He is fluent in Spanish and English.  John keeps his Web and IT skills current in the latest technologies through online courses and tutorials.
